We are seeking a person-centered Human Resources Administrator. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including disability management, workplace accommodations, health and safety, labour relations, payroll and benefits administration, employee records management, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with employees and leaders in our mission towards empowering people of all abilities to have a life of their choosing .

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workplace disability management and WSIB claims.
- Facilitate the interactive accommodation process for employees requiring workplace accommodations.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and update return-to-work and modified work programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives and legislative compliance.
- Participate in the health and safety committee, promoting a safe work environment and the internal responsibility system.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Provide labour relations support and assist in fostering positive employer–employee relationships.
- Administer employee benefits programs and process payroll administration .
- Collaborate with Brantwood leadership team.
- Provide excellent customer service to Brantwood employees.
Skills & Experience Required:
- of 1 year working in a Human Resource capacity required
- Diploma/certificate or combination of relevant education required
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Intermediate computer/software skills
- Ability to work under pressure balancing competing priorities
- Experience working in a unionized environment considered an asset
- Successful candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check

- Work schedule flexibility to meet operational needs
- Valid “G” Driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
