Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business, functional, and system requirements.
- Support digital transformation, modernization, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments to identify business needs and operational challenges.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions.
- Develop business cases, process flows, and gap analyses.
- Support regulatory, compliance, and governance-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Assist with testing, implementation, and change management activities.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Experience leading stakeholder workshops and requirement sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
