Job Overview
We are currently hiring Welders / Railing Fabricators & Installers to join our client's team in the railing manufacturing industry.
The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating and manufacturing railings in the shop and installing railing systems at residential and commercial job sites.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced welder with railing fabrication experience, as well as candidates with a strong background in metal welding who are looking to grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and manufacture railings according to project specifications and measurements.
- Perform welding and metal fabrication using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Install railings at residential and commercial client sites.
- Travel to various job sites using a company-provided van.
- Read and follow measurements, drawings, and installation requirements.
- Ensure completed railings meet quality, safety, and client standards.
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace and job-site safety procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Previous welding and metal fabrication experience.
- Experience in railing manufacturing and installation is strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform welding, fabrication, and installation work.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
- Clean driving record required.
- Comfortable driving a company van to residential and commercial job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to different job locations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and handle materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
