Night Shift Order Selector ($800 retention offer)

The position:
We’re in the business of selling high-quality seafood, so it is essential that the right products are being selected, packed and delivered to our customers on time. The person in this position would be responsible for:
· Pick various merchandise from bins/shelves and ensure orders are picked, packed and ready for delivery to our customers;
· Weigh, inspect and keep packaging records; and
· Package orders and attach labels as appropriate.
· Ensures inventory control and conducts regular inventories including maintaining electronic administration, automated storage and retrieval systems.
· Other duties as required
This position is full-time and will work from 5 pm to 1:30 am, Work Days to be set by Supervisor.

Please note that the person in this position would be working in a warehouse environment where they would be in and out of a cooler environment (2 to -4 degrees) and regularly in and out of a freezer (-23 degrees). This person would also need to perform general physical activities in a warehouse, cooler and freezer, unloading, sorting and moving products and materials manually (up to 70 lbs), standing for extended periods, and using material handling equipment.
Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset.
