Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and reporting as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, including proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
