Pinnacle Pharmaceutics is a leading Sales and Marketing company with over 30 years of expertise in OTC (over-the-counter) pharmacy products. We are a boutique firm that specializes in and Account and Retail management.
We have a full time opportunity for a Sales Administrator in our Vaughan, ON office working with our sales team, clients and customers to provide sales coordination and support.
What you will be doing:
- Processing daily orders for the sales team
- Following up on purchase orders, returns, out of stocks and back orders
- Producing weekly POS (point of sale) reports
- Responding to customer product inquiries
- Tracking sales and bonuses for sales representatives
- Managing and setting up technology including laptops and cell phones
- Maintaining and updating CRM databases
- Preparing weekly and monthly surveys and reports
- Reviewing and compiling monthly expenses
- Developing sales presentations and sell sheets
- Assisting with planning quarterly sales meetings and events for the team
- Updating the website
- Providing support for the Sales Manager
- Answering telephone calls, emails and texts from the sales team and customers
What you bring to this role:
- Advanced Excel - Expert level required
- Knowledge Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Data entry with a high level of accuracy
- An eye for detail with excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Education: College or University diploma/degree in Office Administration, Business, Sales & Marketing, Communications preferred or Highschool & a minimum of 3 years experience in an Administrative Sales role as an assistant or coordinator
- Live in the western GTA near Vaughan/Woodbridge
- Be curious and willing to learn new technology and AI
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a sense of humour
What do we do?
Our clients want to sell products in Canada but don't want to hire their own sales force. We provide Account Managers, Sales Representatives and sales and marketing support for products that you find in the pharmacy, health, beauty and nutrition sections of Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws, Walmart, Rexall and most other stores with a pharmacy area.
