Rowe Brothers Flooring is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Flooring Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in home improvement and design, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, you'll help customers find the right flooring solutions for their homes and projects based on their lifestyle, budget, and personal preferences. You'll provide product guidance, prepare estimates, and support customers throughout the selection process. What You'll Be Doing

Welcome customers to the store and assist with questions and product selection in a friendly and professional manner

Help customers select flooring products that suit their needs, lifestyle, budget, and preferences

Provide knowledgeable advice on flooring products, materials, and current trends

Prepare accurate cost estimates for customers

Build strong customer relationships by carefully listening to their needs and providing personalized service

Collaborate with the installation team to help ensure a smooth customer experience

Assist with showroom presentation, product displays, and promotional features

Support inventory organization and general showroom operations

Stay current on new flooring products and industry trends
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail sales and customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence working with measurements, estimates, and project details

A customer-focused approach and the ability to build lasting relationships

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional, dependable, and motivated

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Experience with Sage would be considered an asset
