Position Overview:
The
Senior Manager, Partner Marketing is a senior, partner-facing leader responsible for managing and developing the Partner Marketing team while owning the quality, impact, and execution of partner marketing initiatives. This role leads Partner Marketing Coordinators and Specialists, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability to ensure consistent delivery and strong partner outcomes.
The role builds and maintains trusted relationships with partners, understands their business objectives, and balances those needs with Compugen’s financial and strategic priorities. This role requires a strong grasp of marketing execution, funding governance, and business performance, along with the ability to guide partners and internal teams through complex decisions.
As a people leader, the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing mentors team members, removes obstacles, and creates structure and clarity across workflows and priorities. They work closely with Sales and senior leadership to ensure partner strategies, investments, and expectations are aligned with business goals. As a partner leader, they bring a clear point of view, ask the right questions, and ensure programs are well-planned, well-executed, and measurable.
This role requires confidence, sound judgment, and the ability to translate ideas into action while developing a high-performing team and delivering results for both partners and Compugen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish team workflows, standards, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution.

Remove obstacles and support the team to ensure work is delivered on time and to standard.

Serve as a senior, partner-facing leader and primary escalation point for key partner relationships.

Build trusted partner relationships aligned to business objectives and Compugen priorities.

Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and drive resolution with internal teams.

Partner closely with Sales and sales leadership to align partner marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue priorities.

Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to align expectations, roles, and deliverables.

Represent Partner Marketing in leadership discussions and planning forums.

Guide the development, review, and execution of partner marketing plans and initiatives.

Ensure programs are well-scoped, measurable, and aligned to partner and business goals.

Translate strategy into clear execution plans with defined timelines and outcomes.

Provide oversight of partner marketing funding, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely submission of claims and proof of performance.

Review and present partner performance, results, and recommendations to partners, Sales, and leadership.

Use performance data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Lead, mentor, and manage Partner Marketing Coordinators and Specialists, providing clear priorities, coaching, and accountability.
Skills & Qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in IT or B2B

Creatively minded and process-driven; you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves with the marketing team, brainstorm with partners, or pitch a new idea

Ability to manage, support and motivate PMM Team

Experience with strategic planning and management for related market segments

Proficiency with complex solutions and sales related to networking & communications technology is an asset

Ability to think and plan both tactically and strategically

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and flex in a fast-paced environment
