We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and cleanup of work areas for different projects
- Perform general manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is a plus but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory depending on location
