Field Manager – Labour Operations

Construction Labour Solutions (CLS) is a growing labour hire agency seeking an experienced and motivated Field Manager to oversee field operations across multiple client job sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the move, and excels at managing people and client relationships.
You will play a key role in coordinating our workforce, supporting field staff, and ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, supervise, and support field staff across multiple client sites
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, address issues, and ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct sales calls to support company growth
- Ensure all workers comply with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain and manage accurate documentation
- Manage workforce placements to meet client demands and expectations
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field management, staffing, or a similar role (construction industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites

We will offer a competitive salary, which will be based on experience.
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
