This is not just another caregiving job. This is a calling.
At Harbor of Health Home Care Services, we don't just provide home care — we serve. We are deeply committed to the seniors we care for, and we only bring on exceptional people who share our core values: integrity, compassion, and the relentless drive to go the extra mile.
We are looking for a Health Care Aide who feels called to serve — someone who wants to make a real, meaningful difference in the lives of the seniors and clients we support right here in St. Albert. This is an opportunity to use your experience, training, and heart to provide care that truly matters.
If purpose drives you as much as a paycheque, you'll fit right in here. But if you're not in it for the people, this isn't the role for you.
What You'll Experience Working With Us
A team that shares your passion. We are not a corporate machine. We are a close-knit team of caregivers who live and breathe our mission. We hire only those who see their work as an act of service and who show up every day with heart.
A workplace that recognizes the extra mile. If you take the time to truly connect with seniors and provide care that cannot be rushed — we see you, and we value you. Our team members don't feel like a number here.
Flexibility that respects your life. This is a part-time permanent role with set recurring shifts. Exact hours are confirmed upon application. We work with you to build a schedule that fits — and then we stick to it.
A team that matches your level. We are looking for experienced HCAs who bring their skills, confidence, and knowledge from day one. You won't be hand-held here — you'll be trusted and respected as the professional you are.
A chance to mentor and lead. Your knowledge and experience are invaluable. If you enjoy sharing what you know and guiding other caregivers, this role gives you that opportunity.
