Overview
Admissions Personnel are responsible for creating a positive first impression for guests attending Whoop Up Days from August 15th to the 23rd. Team members may be assigned to ticket sales, admission scanning, or other gate-related duties and must provide excellent customer service while ensuring efficient and accurate guest entry.
Responsibilities
- · Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- · Sell admission tickets and process payments accurately when covering a cashier position.
- · Scan admission tickets, collect physical tickets, and credentials when assigned to gate entry positions.
- · Verify guest eligibility for promotions, passes, and special admission programs.
- · Answer guest questions and provide general event information.
- · Maintain accurate cash handling procedures when operating a cash register.
- · Report concerns, incidents, or operational issues to the Admissions Lead.
- · Assist with gate setup, organization, and closing procedures.
- · Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.
Skills
- · Strong customer service skills.
- · Comfortable interacting with large numbers of guests.
- · Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- · Cash handling experience is required.
- · Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
