The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during their shift, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. They provide leadership and support to team members while maintaining Harvey's standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during shifts. Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor labor and productivity to meet restaurant goals. Train, coach, and motivate team members. Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering.
- Ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed accurately. Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
