Krystal Tours and Transportation provides guided tours and transportation services throughout the Northwest Territories. Our experiences include Aurora viewing, sightseeing, cultural tours, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and other northern adventures. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Tour Guides to help create unforgettable experiences for visitors from around the world.
Position Summary
As a Tour Guide, you will safely lead and assist guests on tours while providing exceptional customer service and sharing the history, culture, wildlife, and natural beauty of Yellowknife and the Northwest Territories. No previous experience or formal education is required—paid on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and assist with guided tours and outdoor activities.
· Welcome guests and provide engaging, informative commentary.
· Ensure guest safety by conducting safety briefings and following company procedures.
· Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the tour experience.
· Assist with tour preparation, transportation logistics, and equipment.
· Work collaboratively with the operations team and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
· Friendly, reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including winter.
· Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Assets: Additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish), First Aid/CPR certification, tourism or hospitality experience, and knowledge of Yellowknife and the Northwest Territories.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs), and work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Pay: $20.50-$30.00 per hour
