Our Coil Tubing Supervisors play a vital role overseeing our day-to-day field operations for our Coil Tubing division. The responsibilities for this position will encompass a range of tasks related to field safety compliance, supervision of Coiled Tubing Operators, and management of equipment. The individual in this role will be accountable to report to both our coiled tubing division manager and coordinators.
Coil Tubing Supervisors will be accountable for a broad range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Implementation of effective measures to prevent accidents and incidents by leveraging in-depth knowledge acquired in the field.
- Ensuring that communication regarding crew, equipment, and job-related information is conducted effectively and relayed to management in a timely manner.
- Collaboration in sharing suggestions for continuous improvement and training initiatives with both our crews and management team.
- Maintain compliance of field employees with operational policies and procedures in order to accomplish safety goals.
- Ensure that all interactions with customers and third-party providers are conducted in a positive and respectful manner.
- Offer Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) technical assistance to field teams and leadership as required.
- Oversee and direct designated team, equipment allocations, and timetables to ensure client expectations are fulfilled.
- Efficiently finalize service orders and handle billing paperwork for customers, exhibiting meticulous attention to detail.
The desired candidate for this position should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, relationship building, verbal, and written communication skills. It is essential for them to have the ability to interact effectively and collaborate comfortably with customers, crew members, and management personnel. The candidate must exhibit strong leadership capabilities, mentoring expertise, and delegation skills. Additionally, they should be adept at managing multiple tasks by prioritizing efficiently, while still maintaining meticulous attention to detail and composure even in high-pressure situations. It is important to note that this position is classified as safety sensitive.

Schedule:
- Fifteen (15) days on and six (6) days off.
Education and Experience:
- 5-7 years of progressive Coil Tubing experience
- Previous leadership experience required
- Valid Class 1A(AZ) or 3A(DZ) license required
- Satisfactory drivers abstract
- Coil Mast Unit experience is considered an asset
