Mobile Auto Detailing Technician
Flash Clean Detailing – Kelowna, BC
Flash Clean Detailing is looking for a motivated and reliable Mobile Auto Detailing Technician to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a great attitude, and enjoys making vehicles look their absolute best.
Previous detailing experience is preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who’s willing to learn and has a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Vacuum, shampoo carpets and seats, clean leather, and detail interior surfaces
- Wash, decontaminate, clay bar, and protect vehicle exteriors
- Apply waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings (training provided if needed)
- Assist with paint correction and polishing
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service at every appointment
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
We’re also looking for someone who enjoys creating content.
You’ll have a huge advantage if you:
- Can take high-quality before & after photos
- Know how to capture satisfying detailing videos and reels
- Have an eye for social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Content creation isn’t the main part of the job, but it’s something we highly value.

Experience
- Auto detailing experience is preferred but not required
- Experience using polishers is a bonus
- Ceramic coating or paint correction experience is a bonus
