Søle Nordic Wellness is a Nordic-inspired spa offering sauna, cold plunge, salt therapy, massage, and advanced skincare in a calm, design-forward environment.
We are currently seeking a dependable and grounded part-time Concierge to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings or late evenings, thrives in a calm yet fast-paced environment, and understands that hospitality is about how people feel.
Job Overview
Our Concierge team sets the tone for each guest’s experience. From the first welcome to the final goodbye, you are responsible for creating a seamless, warm, and professional environment.
Duties
- Opening procedures or closing procedures
- Welcoming Nordic Circuit and treatment guests
- Managing bookings and check-ins through Vagaro
- Retail sales and product education
- Maintaining reception presentation and cleanliness
- Light cleaning and operational support
- Supporting therapists and aestheticians as needed
The Ideal Candidate
You are:
- Extremely punctual and reliable
- Calm, professional, and warm in your communication
- Comfortable multitasking independently
- Tech-comfortable and quick to learn booking systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Interested in wellness, spa culture, and guest experience
Customer service or retail experience is an asset.
