Term:
This position will commence August 27, 2026.
Vanguard Colony School is a Kindergarten to Grade 8 school with a student population of approximately 5 students and a teaching staff of approximately 1.0 FTE. Vanguard Colony School is located north of Aneroid, Saskatchewan, approximately 175 kilometers south-west of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Prairie South School Division operates 40 schools with a total enrolment of over 7,300 students. The division covers an area stretching from Craik in the north to the U.S. border in the south, and Mankota in the west to Rouleau in the east and includes the city of Moose Jaw.
Duties and Qualifications:
As outlined in the Education Act, 1995.
- Bachelor of Education degree,
- Master's degree is an asset,
- Must hold or be eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional A teacher certificate.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement and Locally Negotiated Teacher Agreement.
