Multicrete Systems Inc., headquartered in West St. Paul, Manitoba, is a leader in the Shotcrete and Concrete industry. We are currently looking to add a new member to our Flin Flon branch in the role of Shipping & Receiving.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, the shipper and receiver will ensure the flow of goods in and out of the branch by:
- Ensuring the branch is supplied as necessary by shipping and receiving goods,
- Checking accuracy of orders by unpacking and verifying contents with the documents
- Ensuring these goods are inputted in a tracking system,
- Support the warehouse by stocking shelves
- Preparing packages to be sent out,
- Ensuring goods are shipped to organizational standards
- Maintain Bills of ladings and books to monitor timely delivery records,
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels and ordering raw materials from suppliers when required
- Operate a forklift/zoom boom in a safe manner
- Additional duties such as local pickup and delivery outside of warehouse duties may be required
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years previous experience performing shipping and receiving duties in a warehouse environment.
- Experience working on a forklift/zoom-boom is considered an asset
- Experience using Accpacc considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license REQUIRED
- Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize work duties
- Withstand Manitoba Weather conditions in a Shipping/Receiving area
- Ability to lift 50lbs
