Dishwasher – Full-Time
HalalMeals Ready Foods Ltd. is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our food production team.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize pots, pans, trays, utensils, containers, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and production kitchen.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins as required.
- Assist with cleaning floors, walls, drains, and workstations.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Support the production team with general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate, read, and understand English.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Able to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
- Comfortable working around hot water, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing facility is an asset but not required.
