This permanent, full-time role is an in-person position based in Edmonton.
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional responsible for ensuring the accurate handling of all inbound and outbound shipments.

What you’ll do:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory control, tool and material management, and daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Help maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment by following safety procedures, identifying potential hazards, and supporting safe daily operations.
- Monitor weather conditions, perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and hazard-free workplace, and assist with safety-related maintenance requests as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish pick locations as needed to maintain inventory availability.
- Receive and verify incoming orders, accurately stock materials in designated locations, and report vendor discrepancies or shortages.
- Accurately pick and stage materials for job orders and identify items requiring replenishment or special ordering.
- Track tool sign-in/sign-out activity and ensure required tools are available for upcoming jobs.
- Deliver tools, equipment, and parts to maintain operational readiness and support client needs.
- Transport and dispense diesel fuel to customer sites, accurately recording fuel usage and deliveries.

- Prioritizes safety by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks to ensure the well-being of employees, visitors, and customers.
- Eager to learn and grow in the fire protection industry while delivering exceptional service and support to customers, technicians, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Plan efficient routes, track fuel usage and paperwork, report discrepancies, and help keep the warehouse organized when doing truck delivery responsibilities.
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with clean driver’s abstract
- 1 year of proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role an asset
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Experience driving with a trailer or willingness to learn.
