We are looking for an exceptional Licensed Optician who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding sales ability and customer service skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who understands both the clinical and retail sides of optometry. We already have a large and steady patient flow. The oppurtunity is there for someone who can confidently guide patients, build trust and maximize the patient experience from start to finish.

- Licensed Optician
- Strong optical sales experience
- Contact lens fitting and teaching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently recommend premium lens options and upgrades
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual is a strong asset
- Edging/lab experience is a major asset
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with frame and lens selections
- Perform fittings, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and contact lens wear and care
- Perform contact lens fittings and patient teaching
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Help increase conversion rates and optical sales performance
- Maintain accurate orders and patient records
- Work collaboratively with doctors and team members
- Support daily optical operations and merchandising

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
