We're looking for a Cellarperson who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a fast-paced production environment where every day brings something new.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate cellaring equipment including centrifuge and carbonation systems.
- Transfer, blend, dry-hop, filter, and carbonate beer to quality specifications.
- Perform CIP, cleaning, and sanitation of tanks, vessels, equipment, and work areas.
- Support daily quality checks and yeast management alongside the QA team.
- Track and stage ingredients, brewing aids, and production materials.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational excellence.
- Support other brewery operations as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Brewery, cellaring, beverage manufacturing, or related production experience is an asset.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality, sanitation, and safety.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift, Walkie, Skyjack, and Smart Serve certifications are assets.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
