Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and quality craftsmanship on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, building single family homes.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks
- Construct and install walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Perform concrete forming and finishing to support foundation and structural elements
- Install siding, trim, doors, windows, and other finishing elements with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, including repairing or replacing damaged framing or siding
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on framing or carpentry projects
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, grinders)
- Experience with concrete forming and finishing processes
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions

Pay: $18.25-$35.00 per hour
