We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Café Manager to lead our FIR location and support the daily operations of the café.
Key ResponsibilitiesCafé Operations
- Oversee daily café operations in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and workflow management
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed
Team Leadership
- Lead and support the café team with professionalism and clear communication
- Work closely with supervisors and management teams
- Support staff development, training, and team accountability
- Monitor punctuality, attendance, and workplace standards
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both guests and staff
Coffee & Bakery Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of espresso machines and specialty coffee preparation
- Support quality control and efficient coffee workflow
- Assist with pastry and bakery presentation standards
- Bakery or pastry experience is considered an asset
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of café, hospitality, or food service management experience
- Strong understanding of specialty coffee operations and espresso equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and service-focused
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- First Aid & CPR certification is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
