THE OPPORTUNITY
We're growing! New-Line is currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Representative to join our Edmonton team on our Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shift.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping our customers moving by:
- Performing shipping and receiving duties accurately and efficiently
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Providing exceptional customer service when required
- Building basic hose assemblies and learning our specialized products
- Hose Testing
- Operating various tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Using Sage 300, Microsoft Office, and other software applications
- Assisting with inventory movement and material handling
- Safely lifting and moving materials weighing 40 lbs. or more
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing ideas for problem-solving and process improvements
- Working collaboratively with teammates to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time

- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate, quality work
- Is highly organized and enjoys solving problems and learning new processes
- Can safely lift, push, and pull materials and knows when to ask teammates for assistance
- Is interested in learning about our products, industry, and business
- Has goals for personal and professional growth and wants to build a career with New-Line
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is committed to helping "Keep the Customer Moving"
- Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively with others
- Is mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work with tools and equipment
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new skills
- Has previous warehouse experience (considered an asset but not required)
