Communications Team Member — Sherwood Ford, Sherwood Park
Full-time. Rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility isn't a nice-to-have — it's the job.
The Communications Team runs the traffic for the whole store. New and used deliveries, service bookings, valet pickups, parts orders, tech scheduling, inbound calls. You're the connection point between Sales, Service, and Parts. When it works, customers never feel the seams. That's you.
What you'll own:
- Coordinate every new and used delivery. Nobody leaves unhappy on your watch.
- Book service appointments and valet pickup/drop-off.
- Build parts lists and orders with the Service Advisors.
- Schedule technicians to jobs.
- Answer inbound calls and route them right the first time.
- Keep customers informed start to finish.
What I need from you:
- You multitask without dropping balls.
- You're organized and detail-tight — small misses cost customers.
- You work clean across three departments that don't always agree.
- You're available evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule. No exceptions.
- Dealership, service, or call-center experience helps. It's not a dealbreaker.
What you get:
Sherwood Ford is the largest Ford store in western Canada. Real volume, real pace, room to grow. Pay is set on experience. Do the job well and there's more to take on.
If you thrive when it's busy and you like being the person everyone counts on — apply.
