Position Title: Administrative Support Clerk
Report To: General Manager

Position Summary
As an Administrative Support Clerk, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the firm. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting lawyers and administrative staff in the day-to-day operations of the firm.
What You'll Do
· Open new client files for lawyers, ensuring client privacy and our internally mandated documentation, and providing clients with access to electronic verification.
· Closing matters and following the firm’s established closing process, including archiving, indexing, in our secure storage.
· Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, in rotation, when the receptionist is unavailable or away from the workstation. Take accurate messages and ensure prompt communication with the appropriate staff member.
· Attend financial institutions and performing other banking-related visits as directed.
· Assisting record-keeping (deposits and banking transactions), in accordance with firm policies.
· Assisting with the task of monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
· Assisting with general administrative duties such as scanning and preparing file summaries when required.
· Assist with any other administrative accounting tasks as assigned, including special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.

Successful candidates will possess prior law firm experience, demonstrate a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and a commitment to being punctual and dependable, recognizing that reliable attendance is essential to maintaining effective client service and supporting the firm's daily operations.
