Casual Grounds Maintenance Position – Lindenholm Ministries
Lindenholm Ministries is looking for a reliable individual to assist with lawn maintenance for the remainder of the summer season.
Location: 885 Wilkes Avenue, Winnipeg
Position Details:
- Approximately 12 hours per week (depending on grass growth and weather)
- Seasonal position for approximately 3 months
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Mowing grass using our Toro TimeCutter MX5075 50-inch zero-turn riding mower
- Mowing smaller areas with our push mower
- Trimming around buildings, sidewalks, trees, and landscaped areas using our string trimmer
- Helping keep the property neat and well maintained
The property is approximately 5.5 acres (including the buildings and landscaped areas).
This position would be ideal for:
- A retired person looking for casual outdoor work
- A student seeking part-time seasonal employment
- Anyone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining attractive grounds
Experience operating riding mowers and other lawn equipment is an asset, but reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are most important.
