Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Take dental radiographs as needed.
- Maintain patient records accurately using Abeldent
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area in compliance with health regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and knowledge of dental terminology.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate patient records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
