Our client, a leading professional services organization in the legal sector, is seeking a Corporate Data Integrity Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Corporate Services team supporting legal professionals and data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Corporate Data Integrity Paralegal
Location: Vancouver, BC (HYBRID)
Pay Range: $80k to $100k per year plus benefits
What’s the Job?
- Conduct detailed reviews of corporate records and minute books across various entity types to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies or gaps in corporate documentation and update records within digital systems.
- Organize and maintain electronic legal documents within document management platforms.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of corporate records across multiple databases.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and team members to support data integrity initiatives and ongoing projects.
What’s Needed?
- 8–10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or Law Clerk in British Columbia.
- Strong understanding of corporate records, minute books, and legal documentation.
- High attention to detail with the ability to analyze and verify complex documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems (e.g., iManage, Adobe, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
