SUMMARY:
Provide technical support to customers on turbochargers, including troubleshooting and installation
guidance. Respond to inquiries via phone and online submissions while developing and maintaining
technical support documents related to turbocharger installation and diagnostics.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
- Deliver technical support to customers via phone and online channels
- Assist the Customer Service and Sales teams with technical questions and requests
- Provide feedback to the Product and Quality teams on potential product issues
- Share insights with the Content team regarding catalog lookup, images, and related
improvements
- Report failure analysis and product improvement recommendations to Quality and Engineering
- Track and report monthly support metrics
EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Of f ice and warehouse setting
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and broad knowledge of automotive repair across applications
- Ability to read technical prints/drawings and utilize Rotomaster resources
- Prof iciency with Microsof t Of f ice programs
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers and internal
teams
- Solid customer service mindset
EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of the automotive af termarket parts industry and experience with automotive
engine repair and diagnostics.
TRAINING: To be provided as required.

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
