Project Manager / Estimator
Blunden Construction Limited, a Halifax General Contractor since 1949 wishes to hire a Estimator / Project Manager to prepare contract bids and tenders for residential and commercial construction services.
Applicants must have extensive knowledge in estimating with experience in the commercial construction industry and knowledge of the tendering process. Prior experience working in the carpentry trade or a diploma in Construction Technology would be a valuable asset.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office are required.
On the job training for the public tendering process and construction techniques is available.
