Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Principal Product Owner with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will provide strategic product leadership and drive enterprise-wide product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise product strategy and long-term product vision.
- Partner with executive leadership to align product investments with business goals.
- Lead large-scale modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support customer, citizen, and patient-facing technology solutions.
- Drive governance, compliance, and regulatory alignment across product portfolios.
- Oversee multiple product roadmaps and delivery teams.
- Identify market, business, and technology opportunities.
- Establish product management frameworks and best practices.
- Monitor portfolio performance and business outcomes.
- Influence strategic decision-making across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Principal Product Owner within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale product strategies and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Experience working with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and digital platforms.
- Strong strategic planning and product management expertise.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing complex product portfolios.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
- CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certification preferred.
