Toyota On The Park is currently seeking Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving opportunity‑based sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer retention. As an Automotive Sales Consultant a typical day might include the following:
- Assisting customers in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Providing detailed information about vehicles, features, and available options
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Closing vehicle sales and offering additional products and services
- Handling customer questions and objections professionally
- Discussing pricing, financing options, and credit terms
- Preparing sales agreements and documentation
- Building and maintaining a referral network for new business
- Using dealership sales software and CRM tools to manage customer interactions
- Maintaining accurate sales reports and documentation
- Staying up-to-date with Toyota products, services, and competitor offerings
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities
This job might be right for you if you have:
- You have a minimum 3 years of direct work experience in a sales position within the Automotive Industry and have demonstrated the ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining the established sales quotas
- You have obtained your OMVIC certification in addition to a valid driver’s license.
- You are self-motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges and responsibilities, all while maintaining high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (preferred) to support our diverse customer base
- The ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment where multi tasking is required
- You have a passion for customer service. You use your strong communication skills to develop buyers by building and maintaining rapport with customers.
