We're a growing Winnipeg property management company, and we're adding a new face to our Leasing team. You'll be the first impression for people exploring our buildings, the one who answers the phone, opens the door, points out the natural light in the kitchen, and helps them picture a life there.
A typical day might look like:
Showing suites, chatting with prospects (some chatty, some not, you'll learn to read the room), guiding applications across the finish line, keeping waitlists tidy, scoping out what other buildings in the city are up to, and sharing ideas with your team on how to fill suites faster and keep residents happy.
You'd probably be a great fit if:
- You've spent a couple of years in sales or customer service and genuinely like people
- You have a good command of English, clear on the phone, polished in writing, easy to understand in person
- You're not the pushy type, but you know how to guide a conversation and close the deal when the fit is right
- You're organized, or at least pretend to be convincingly
- Microsoft Office doesn't scare you
- You've got a Manitoba driver's license with a clean driving history, and a reliable set of wheels (you'll be hopping between buildings)
- You take pride in showing up polished and prepared

Full-time, 40 hours a week. You'd typically work Tuesday through Saturday, with the occasional shuffle. Security clearance kicks in once we make you an offer.
