Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Class 1 Drivers, Concrete Mixer Drivers, and Loader Operators .

Location:
Bonnyville / Cold Lake / Lakeland Region
Candidates must reside in the Bonnyville, Cold Lake, or Lakeland area. This is a local position, and (LOA) is not provided.
Applicants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the work location.
Duties
- Operate Class 1 trucks for the transportation of concrete and construction materials with precision and safety.
- Drive and manage concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete to various job sites efficiently.
- Operate loaders to load materials, assist in site preparation, and support construction tasks.
- Maintain equipment by conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and reporting repairs needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation and operation of heavy machinery.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as loaders and concrete mixers in a construction setting.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on trucks and equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Nice-to-have skills include experience with heavy equipment operation, commercial driving licenses beyond Class 1, and knowledge of site safety regulations.
