We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Lower Mainland team. This is an exciting opportunity for an electrical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and takes pride in successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading industrial construction and maintenance projects, serving as the trusted connection between our clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to influence project success through strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by championing PTW's goal of a zero-incident workplace.

Estimate small projects independently with little to no support.

Support the Estimating team with large project proposal development activities.

Clearly define project scope while developing cost and schedule baselines.

Develop and implement project execution strategies and functional plans.

Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans.

Manage project schedules, including evaluating and responding to the impact of project changes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project communications.

Coordinate with the Estimating team to ensure a formal handoff of all pertinent project information following project award.

Review proposal take-off quantities against customer bid documents, identifying concerns, omissions, discrepancies, or surplus inclusions, and reconcile IFB to IFC quantities.

Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings.

Ensure foremen and field crews have the information, resources, and support required to meet productivity and performance expectations, while providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

Support the project change management process and escalate concerns when appropriate.

Obtain customer approval for progress billings and submit documentation to Finance in accordance with contract requirements.

Prepare internal and external project close-out reports, confirm client satisfaction, communicate feedback to Business Development, and document lessons learned with the Estimating team.

Obtain final project completion sign-off from the customer prior to demobilization.

Previous Project Management experience within the industrial construction and maintenance industry.

Strong electrical background with the ability to understand and collaborate across multiple disciplines.

Experience managing projects from planning through execution and close-out.

Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, civil drawings, P&IDs, vendor documents, and project specifications.

Strong estimating knowledge, including cost development, material take-offs, and reviewing project scopes.

Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Proficiency with MS Office and project scheduling software.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage change effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

Expected Annual Income: $130,000$150,000 per year, based on experience.
