Best Truck Service is Peace River's Volvo, Mack & Cummins heavy truck dealership serving the Peace Country for over 44 years. We are Peace River's only OEM truck dealer with a large and loyal customer base supported by a talented parts and service team. While we specialize in Volvo, Mack and Cummins, we supply parts and service all makes of heavy trucks and trailers.
Job Summary
As a Product Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Parts teams while helping deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will assist with product research, customer inquiries, sales support activities, and internal coordination to ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales and Parts Team Assistance: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels while providing accurate and timely assistance
- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to help customers and team members resolve product-related problems.
- Assist the sales representatives with aspects of the sales process
- Data Entry
- Product Research: research with sourcing products, guiding parts, and sales team through solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product and vendor updates and changes to provide accurate information to parts, sales team and customers.
- Documentation: Create and update support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles, to assist parts and sales team in finding answers to common questions and issues.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for products and services.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and track support interactions, ensuring that parts, sales team and customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and parts departments, on product development and sales, to provide valuable customer insights and contribute to product improvements.
- Assist Parts and Sales Manager with assigned tasks
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Eager to learn about the industry and help customers
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning products
- Outgoing and resourceful with a friendly personality

- Strong computer skills (internet & MS Office & Excel)
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Ability to think like a customer, in order to provide the best possible sales experience.

Compensation: $23 to $28 per hour
Location: On Location (Peace River, Alberta)
Terms: Full Time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours a week
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
