Mrs. Dunster’s has been a family tradition throughout the Maritimes and Maine for 50 years. We are a local, family owned and operated fresh bakery, with bakery operations in Sussex, NB, and Moncton, NB. We are known for our unique products, our great customer service, our talented team and our passion for community involvement.
We’re expanding our Night Shift Team in our Moncton facility to support bakery operations during a key period of continued expansion and production demand.
We're currently hiring for multiple positions including: Leads, Operators, Production Line and Packagers.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily bakery production operations in a fast-paced environment
- Operate equipment and assist in preparing ingredients and products
- Place dough or baked goods onto pans and trays according to specifications (Bakery Panners)
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment (Packers)
- Assist Production Leads in maintaining smooth workflow and production targets
- Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members across the production floor
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing, food production experience considered an asset.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, nights and weekends.
- Must be on their feet for extended periods while they operate and watch the product for quality.
- Ability to learn quickly, pays attention to detail as working with food product.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as production runs on a schedule.
- Cleaning of production equipment as needed (this may include sweeping, blowing with air, washing dishes).
- Ensure checklists and all necessary paperwork is maintained and kept up to date and provide data to various reports.
- Adhere to working in compliance with food safety/sanitation/quality standards.
- Upholds and complies with company procedures, standards and policies in all situations including health and safety standards and regulations.

Pay: $15.90-$18.00 per hour
