Bannister Automotive Group is looking for a Service Booking Specialist to join our centralized Service Booking team, supporting dealership service departments across British Columbia and Alberta.

No automotive experience or post-secondary education? No problem.
We'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our centralized Service Booking team, you'll help customers across multiple dealerships by:
- Booking and adjusting service appointments
- Answering inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Following up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and service
- Coordinating with dealership service departments to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining accurate customer information and appointment details
- Using multiple computer systems throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
