We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator for our night shift operations. No specific machine experience is required, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and interested in long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Complete production documentation.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible and willing to support other shifts when required.
- Long-term commitment preferred.
Language Requirement (Preferred):
- Tagalog (Filipino), Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), or Spanish speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
