Responsibilities
' Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Oversee food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately.
- Train new staff and support ongoing team development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to improve store performance.'
- Qualifications
' Proven supervising or leadership experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or restaurant management training is a plus.'
