We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, likes knowing where everything is, and gets satisfaction from making sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
If you're the type of person who notices when something is missing, catches mistakes before anyone else does, and likes keeping things running smoothly, you'll fit right in.
At EnReach, our Shop Hand is the quarterback of our shop. You'll be the first person to receive incoming materials, verify they're correct, keep inventory organized, and ensure our field crews have exactly what they need to succeed. When our crews leave for a project, they're counting on you.
No pipeline experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receive incoming materials, inspect shipments, and verify orders
- Organize inventory so everything has a place—and stays there
- Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming field projects
- Track and maintain shop documentation and receiving records
- Operate a forklift to safely move materials throughout the shop
- Assist with pressure testing and complete test reports
- Help contractors and technicians with shop activities
- Complete local pickups and deliveries when needed
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- You enjoy staying organized and paying attention to the little things.

- You're dependable and show up ready to work.
- You enjoy being active and working with your hands.
- You like learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
- You have a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Forklift experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.
