We are looking for friendly Steward who is available to work evenings and overnight shifts to clean our large kitchen spaces - where exceptional guest experiences begin with a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

What You’ll Do
- Operate mechanical and manual dishwashing systems efficiently.
- Safely use chemicals and sanitizing solutions in line with WHMIS standards.
- Clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils on an ongoing basis to support kitchen operations.
- Keep workstations neat, tidy, and organized; wipe spills immediately.
- Scrub and sanitize sinks, dishwashers, and stainless-steel counters before the end of shift.
- Store all clean items properly in designated areas.
- Remove garbage and recycling daily, disposing of them in proper areas.
- Sweep and wash kitchen floors daily.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen storage areas.
- Report shortages, damages, or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Adhere to all company procedures and employee handbook requirements.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- WHMIS Certification an asset - knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to handle and operate cleaning equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, flexible, and reliable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation due to varied shift times.
Working Conditions
- Physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to hot water, cleaning chemicals, and fast-paced kitchen environments.
