Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced person to join our team working at a fast paced QSR Restaurant. We are a fast paced quick service restaurant, focusing on quality and food standard! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food service, multitasking, preparing meals, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience for our guests. The candidate will play a vital part in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our restaurant operations.
Duties
- Serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality control.
Experience
- Prior experience in serving or food preparation within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and safety standards is highly desirable.
- Experience working in the food industry or kitchen environment will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety is essential.
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills is a plus.
