Come Work With Us at JoieFarm Winery
2026 Season | March–October
Spring is almost here, and JoieFarm Winery reopens April 1—which means we’re hiring for the 2026 season!
Perched on the stunning Naramata Bench, JoieFarm has been crafting internationally recognized wines for over 20 years. We’re known for our aromatic whites, refreshing rosé, and award-winning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay—but just as importantly, we’re known for our people.
At Joie, we live by la joie de vivre: great wine, great food, and genuinely good times. We work hard, support each other, and have a lot of fun doing it (yes—the Hot Dog Lounge is part of the job and the culture).
If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with people, you’ll fit right in.
