Coverall of Edmonton is a commercial cleaning franchising company operating since 2009. We support over 60 franchise owners servicing 300+ customers across the region. Our focus is straightforward: bring in new business and create growth opportunities for our franchise partners.
The Role
This is a hybrid sales role combining in-office prospecting with in-person client meetings. You’ll be responsible for generating your own opportunities, booking appointments, and closing new business.
You’ll spend part of your day in the office building your pipeline (calls, follow-ups, CRM), and the rest meeting prospects and closing deals.
We’re looking for someone competitive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently.
Our lucrative commission structure, combined with a salary plus commission and bonus incentive, puts you in control of your income!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting through cold calling, canvassing, and networking
- Running in-person meetings and delivering sales presentations
- Identifying client needs and building tailored proposals
- Negotiating contracts and closing new business
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups through CRM
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What You Bring
- 1–2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (entry-level considered with the right drive)
- Comfortable with daily cold calling and prospecting
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Organized with consistent follow-up habits
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
