Position Overview
We are seeking three reliable and safety-focused Labor and Material Handlers to join our team in a fast-paced industrial coating facility.
- 2 positions on our Day Shift (Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- 1 positions on our Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
This is an entry-level contract opportunity with hands-on training provided. Ideal for individuals looking to gain experience, work with a strong team, and potentially grow into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Stage, handle, and move materials to support production flow.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
- Support team leads, supervisors, and other departments as needed.
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and updates.
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment alongside our Occupational Health Committee (OHC).
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use
- Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe work boots (PPE provided as required).
- Knives, pliers, compressed air tools.
- Grinders, sanders, pallet jacks (manual and powered).
- Hanging systems, hooks, chains, and hoists.
- Burn-off oven and banding equipment.
