We're Looking For People Who Have
- Previous experience in the pet industry or pet health
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills
- A passion for pet nutrition and helping customers make informed choices
- Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Experience with consultative selling and upselling (an asset)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a fast-paced team
- The ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs

We're currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions, including opportunities for experienced team members interested in future leadership roles.
